How does CJAY Rejuvenate Serum work?

CJAY Rejuvenate Serum regenerates the skin by:

  • Increasing your skin’s cell proliferation rate and the turnover of your skin cells to escalate the rate by which your skin heals.
     
  • Providing your skin with the key nutrients it requires for growth and hydration. 
     
  • Supporting your skin’s natural ability to produce new, healthy elastin and collagen.
     
  • Forming a thin, protective film over the skin to protect from environmental allergens and irritants.
     
  • Reducing the skin’s susceptibility to infection through its antimicrobial properties.

Are CJAY Skincare products suitable for sensitive skin?

CJAY was specifically formulated for those going through Topical Steroid Withdrawal, which is why it is perfect for anyone with sensitive skin. 
 

Having suffered from Topical Steroid Withdrawal themselves, founders Lou and Jing understand the importance of skincare that is gentle, effective and does not cause irritation to extremely sensitive skin. 
 

This is why CJAY was formulated without the use of common irritants to sensitive skin, such as fragrances, oils, parabens, sulphates and alcohol, making it perfect for all skin types. 
 

However, everyone is bio-individual and all skin is unique, so we would highly recommend that you patch test your affected skin area 24 hours prior to regular use.

Can I use CJAY Rejuvenate Serum during Moisturiser Withdrawal Treatment?

The CJAY Rejuvenate Serum would be best suited for anyone doing Moisturiser Withdrawal instead of No Moisture Treatment.

Are CJAY Skincare products tested on animals?

No – there is no animal testing involved in the making of CJAY Skincare products.

Is CJAY Rejuvenate Serum vegan?

Our serum is not vegan as we use honey in our formula for its antimicrobial properties.

Does CJAY Rejuvenate Serum contain liquorice?

No, CJAY Rejuvenate Serum does not contain whole liquorice extract. 

 

You may have spotted an ingredient called ‘Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate’ which we add to the formula for its trace minerals that aid in skin-cell proliferation.

 

While this is one component of liquorice extract, it does not have any suppressive qualities and is not harmful. 

Are CJAY Skincare products safe?

Our products are absolutely safe for external use and has been tried and tested for safety according to GMP standards. 

Do CJAY Skincare products contain any harmful medicinal ingredients?

Our products do not contain any harmful or medicinal ingredients. See the full ingredients list in the FAQs to check for any existing allergies. 

What should I do if I experience a reaction?

As with all products, it is best to patch test on a small area of your skin and wait 24 hours. 

 

Reactions aren’t common but should you experience one, we would advise you to stop usage immediately and wash the affected area with clean water. 

 

If the reaction persists, please consult your doctor.

Who are CJAY Skincare products formulated by?

The serum was formulated by Dr. Chanchai Chutsirimongkol with the help of his medical team. Dr. Chanchai is the Wound Healing Project Leader of the Thailand Centre of Excellence for Life Sciences, and his medical team have been treating skin concerns for more than 17 years.

Can I use CJAY Skincare products with other products?

We advise using the serum on its own and do not recommend layering any products on top as this may impact its effectiveness..
